What You Will Do
The Senior Team Lead, Amazon & eCommerce Capabilities, will lead the strategic vision and execution of Kenvue Canada’s growth ambitions with Amazon and support future capability building for total eCommerce. This role involves leading a high-performing team to develop strategic business plans and build relationships across Amazon.ca’s retail, supply chain, and marketing teams to accelerate growth in line with key customer priorities and Joint Business Plans. The Senior Team Lead will foster deep collaboration across functional teams to support the eCommerce flywheel and align focused priorities in enterprise business planning locally and regionally. They will use analytics and insights to drive sales growth, improve profitability, while identifying category and capability opportunities to advance in Canada. Additionally, they will build future-forward eCommerce capabilities and operations, including fit-for-e-commerce assortment, supply chain innovation to meet new digital marketplace, new data partners to accelerate and automate processes, IA advancements in eCommerce, and NA and Global support for future resourcing and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive and accelerated business plans to drive growth against key Amazon priorities and strategies across assigned group of customers, delivering against internal and customer targets
- Coach & develop 3 direct reports with the goal of supporting associates to deliver/exceed against agreed upon business objectives and development plans, while being a mentor and coach to the broader organization (advancing eCommerce and Amazon knowledge)
- Utilize data analytics, insights, market and competitive trends to identify opportunities for sales growth, improve profitability, scale opportunities across the Amazon channel
- Foster collaboration between internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Digital, Sales Strategy, Supply Chain, and Finance, to align on focused priorities and drive business outcomes
- Build and foster the Amazon Connected Commerce community and cadence and build relationships with US and Global partners to share and scale learnings across NA
- Advancing new capabilities- eCommerce assortment (both local and NA/Global innovation), supply chain innovation to service new digital marketplaces, data partners to accelerate and automate data and insights, push for IA/AI Advancements throughout digital commerce workstreams
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, a degree in Marketing or Business is preferred
- A minimum of 8 years experience in sales, marketing, ecommerce/digital commerce, customer development, strong analytical background, and/or category management experience is required.
- A minimum 3 to 5 Years in a Sales Leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem including retailer profitability, negotiation fundamentals, search algorithms, vendor programs and platforms (Vendor Central), advertising platforms (AMS), and fulfillment models.
- Must demonstrate ability to coach, mentor and lead a hard-performing team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation plans across many areas.
- Strong Digital Commerce background and knowledge and prvious experience with Amazon (per above).
- Negotiation skills and leadership during joint planning business meetings externally
- Proven track record of successfully working in a complex, matrix organization
- Ability to impact and influence different areas of the organization. Experience setting and rallying different stakeholders behind the established vision.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Ability to navigate an organization internally and externally developing relationships and moving past barriers
- Create a clear view of the future state, helping others understand and feel how things will be different when this is achieved. Demonstrate results orientation while empowering and holding the team accountable for results.
- Proven experience thinking “out of the box” to develop strategies and tactics. Strategic problem solver and ability to craft business plans for short term and long-term thinking
