Our expectations

Reporting to the Manager, Master Data Management, the analyst is responsible for development and maintenance of control tools aimed at quality and performance in the management of data related to products and suppliers.

Role :

• Acquire data from a variety of primary and secondary sources and manage databases.
• Develop quality control and performance measurement tools.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and performance measurement and quality control tools.
• Develop tools to improve data management.
• Identify and recommend possible solutions or improvements to the team following the analysis aimed at improving performance and data quality.
• Produce and communicate performance reports, dashboards and statistics
• Participate in various corporate projects and work collaboratively with multiple teams.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in combination of education and/or experience in a similar position.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Previous experience in data analysis or database management.
• Ability to organize workload and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Ability to present results in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders. Demonstrate rigour, initiative and autonomy.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and search functions).
• Proficiency in MS Access (tables, queries, macro).
• Good knowledge of database management tools and data analysis software as well as programming languages such as SQL an asset.
