Midland Transport is currently seeking Customer Applications Analyst for our Head Office location in Dieppe, NB

Responsibilities

  • Modernizing processes by leveraging technology solutions such as EDI, API, and file transfers
  • Understanding customer requirements to deliver the best fit solution
  • Monitor and troubleshoot various systems to ensure they are functioning as expected
  • Enable and maintain data channels between Midland and our customers
  • Test and support technology enhancements
  • Collaborate and work in a team environment
  • Provide continuous support to our customers via phone or email as required

Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary education with concentration in Information Technology, B2B Technical Support, Business Administration or in a related discipline
  • Technically inclined: process oriented and driven by a natural curiosity
  • Thrive in an environment where you can work independently as well as collaboratively
  • A continuous learner: acquiring new skills and software applications is second nature
  • At home in a fast-paced work environment where solutions are not always clearly defined
  • A practiced Bilingual (English/French) communicator with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, analytical and business savvy
