We are in search of a customer service-driven Inside Support Representative for our Lendcare subsidiary. This individual will be responsible for assisting LendCare customers and partners with any questions regarding personal loans for health or veterinary care services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that our customers are always receiving a superior customer experience during every interaction
  • Respond to customer questions and requests (through telephone, chat, and email)
  • Identify the customers' needs and efficiently resolve inquiries
  • Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services

Requirements

  • Full time availability (40 hours/week) to work in our Pickering, ON head office
  • Bilingual English/French is an asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Financial services, healthcare support, or veterinary care support background are an asset
  • 1-year experience working inbound customer service or sales roles is preferred

Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts - 9AM to 5PM, 11AM to 7PM, 1PM to 9PM (to support our West Coast customers); occassional Saturday work

Additional Requirements For Internal Candidates

  • Must have been in your current role for at least 6 months
  • Have the endorsement/support of your current manager
  • In good standing - no HR issues/warnings, not on a PIP
