The main responsibilities of the Analyst, Account Payable are to reconcile the statements of accounts and payments to tire suppliers. Additionally, the role involves participating in the preparation for the annual external audit and performing various reports and analyses.

- Supplier Relationships: As the main point of contact with the accounts receivable departments of manufacturers, manage and maintain strong relationships with them.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile and analyze supplier account statements.
- Payments Optimization: Reconcile and optimize payments to suppliers.
- Monthly Payment Reports: Present and explain monthly payments to management.
- Price Discrepancies: Examine price discrepancies, explain their nature/source, and propose solutions to minimize them.
- Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls to optimize the system and processes.
- Annual Audit: Participate in the annual external audit.
- Special Projects: Participate in special assignments (e.g., integration following an acquisition).
- Accounting Background: Your college degree (DEC) in accounting.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in accounts payable with a high volume of transactions.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in intermediate to advanced Excel functions. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an asset.

- Bilingualism: You communicate easily in both French and English, both orally and in writing.
