Program Responsible Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support vehicle-level meetings on new projects.
• Manage Electrical Hardware and Software Engineering (EHSE) responses to initiatives from Vehicle, Module, and Platform teams.
• Follow EHSE strategy for new component, module, and platform development.
• Lead a team of Program Chiefs representing the EHSE department.
• Review the development status of all EHSE components involved with assigned vehicles.
• Ensure EHSE vehicle compliance with regulatory guidelines set by the vehicle team.
• Drive the team to meet quality, cost, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Lead the EHSE team at plant development builds and throughout production.
  
  

Minimum Requirements For Candidates

• Experience in releasing automotive components.
• Experience in Program Management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Minimum Requirements For Supplier Team Lead

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive engineering field.
• Experience in managing and leading a team.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Embedded hardware design experience.
  
  

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
