Title: Senior Project Manager & Team Lead
YOUR ROLE IN OUR MISSION
Are you a highly organized and energetic project management expert with a passion for leading and mentoring teams? GrydDigital is seeking a driven Senior Project Manager & Team Lead to ensure the successful execution of our client projects. You will be the central point of contact, coordinating resources, managing timelines and budgets, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Crucially, you will also lead and mentor a team of 5-7 delivery professionals. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on project management (85%) and impactful team leadership (15%).

Department: Delivery/Operations
Working Location: Remote, hybrid or in-office, choose how you work best day-to-day, however attendance in-office is required for special events on a quarterly basis
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Project Execution: Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards. This includes coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Vendor Management: Establish and nurture relationships with third-party vendors.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Invoicing: Generate accurate invoices based on completed work.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 5-7 delivery professionals, conducting regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Team Development: Collaborate with the team to set goals, develop strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 3+ years of proven project management experience, including 1+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Project and Time Management: Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Organization: Impeccable organizational skills and a meticulous approach to detail.
- Bias to Action: A mindset that prioritizes taking action and learning from experience
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Problem Solving: When things don’t go according to plan you jump in and find the path forward
- Communication: Ability to articulate information clearly, concisely, and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
- Resilience: Ability to maintain composure and productivity in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bonus Points for:
- Experience with ClickUp, Miro and/or Hubspot.
- Familiarity with the real estate, property management, architecture, interior design, or marketing industries.
