Position Overview: Compugen is seeking an IT Analyst for a hybrid role with the ability to work from home up to two days a week. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, network, and other IT systems.
  • Performing routine maintenance and updates to ensure systems operate efficiently and securely.
  • Identifying threats to, and technical vulnerabilities of, networks, systems, and devices.
  • Deployment, configuration and management of core network technologies.
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing results from IT security tools, appliances, logs, and systems.
  • Conducting on-site reviews and analysis of system security logs.
  • Troubleshooting and responding to cybersecurity issues, mitigating impact to the organization/systems.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of IT projects.
  • Monitoring system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Training users and develop training materials.
  • To be a successful candidate, you must have:
  • Post-secondary diploma in IT related field, with training in network operations preferred.
  • Experience working with VMware based hyper-converged virtual environments.
  • Ability to interact with contractors and collaborate with various departments to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and the availability of information.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, applications, and Cisco/Fortinet network technologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Relevant certifications or training in network operations.
