What Is the Opportunity?
Job Description Summary
Provide guidance and support in regard to processing and broker service functions with minimal supervision. Handles complex processing transactions and provides technical support. Apply knowledge of broker systems and assistance to resolve problems. Provide excellent customer service.What Will You Do?
- Process and advise on all types of broker system transactions.
- Perform data entry by inputting user information for brokers.
- Research and analyze complex Broker Administration issues related to processing, user access, workflow, quality, backgrounds and systems.
- Responsible for broker and user set up in all appropriate and relevant Travelers systems enabling broker to transact / access business.
- Correct processing edit errors.
- Make decisions within delegated authority level.
- Keeps up to date on regulatory changes, guidelines, etc. and other ongoing training.
- Accountable for understanding and supporting emerging business plans and strategies.
- Assists with special projects and other functions as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Insurance industry study.
- High school diploma or GED.
