Role Overview

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) at DataStealth, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of customer projects—from kickoff to successful delivery. Your role is to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with both customer objectives and DataStealth’s strategic priorities. You will serve as the central point of coordination, working cross-functionally with Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams to drive project success.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Utilize tools like JIRA, Notion, and Google Suite to track progress and maintain transparency.
  • Ensure clear project objectives, deliverables, and expectations are set from the start.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication.
  • Work closely with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to ensure customer needs and business goals align with project execution.
  • Conduct project kickoff meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Escalate critical project concerns to TAMs and leadership while proposing actionable solutions.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and challenges by implementing structured problem-solving approaches.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including milestones, dependencies, and action items.
  • Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices for tracking, reporting, and analyzing project success metrics.

Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization

  • Conduct retrospectives on completed projects to identify areas for improvement.
  • Leverage data insights to enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine project management best practices and standardized processes.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience using JIRA, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise projects, with a strong focus on technical solution delivery.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, drive accountability, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and proactively implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
  • Experience in data security, cloud computing, SaaS, or enterprise software is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PMP certification is highly desirable.
