Location: 100% Remote | 100% Travel: Canada (Monday-Friday)

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Lifeline for Hospitals & Clinics – Install, maintain, train, and service the entire Neurology product line, ensuring healthcare providers can deliver life-changing care to their patients.
• Technical Problem Solver – Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair PCs, networks, and proprietary hardware/software issues onsite at hospitals and clinics.
• Become a Medical Device Expert – If you’re eager to learn, we’ll train you in our high-quality medical systems and support your professional growth.

What You Bring:

• Bilingual in English and French (Required)
• Education & Experience: College Diploma OR 2+ years of field service technician experience
• Tech-Savvy: Strong knowledge of PC hardware/software troubleshooting
• Networking Knowledge: Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Curious & Customer-Focused: Passion for technology and a strong customer service mindset
• Ability to Travel Extensively: Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and able to pass airport security screenings
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and meet medical/vaccination requirements
