A career as a Driver within the physical security team at National Bank means ensuring safe transportation and providing high-end transport services to our executives. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your expertise in safe driving and risk management.
Your role
- Drive a vehicle to provide private and professional transportation for executives
- Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and punctuality
- Maintain the vehicle in a clean and optimal condition, performing regular maintenance
- Follow established routes and schedules while adapting to unforeseen circumstances
- Provide courteous and professional service at all times
- Maintain discreet and proactive surveillance to ensure travel security
- Assist the Director of Physical Security in managing and supervising security operations and facilities:
- Participate in risk analysis and propose mitigation solutions
- Collaborate with internal and external security teams to ensure a secure environment
- Contribute to the drafting, implementation, and improvement of security procedures (fire, intrusion, etc.)
Your Team
The Direction of Corporate Security is a team of dedicated specialists committed to protecting the people and facilities of the Bank.
Within this department, you will be part of a dynamic team ensuring compliance with security standards and the well-being of our executives. You will report to the Director of Physical Security and work closely with protection and intervention teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in law enforcement (police or military)
- Valid driver’s license with an exemplary driving record
- Excellent knowledge of local routes and geographic areas
- Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
- Discretion, rigor, and professionalism
- Mastery of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques
- Ability to handle emergency situations and respond effectively
- Executive protection training (an asset)

Schedule: Flexible / Full-time (37.5 hours)
