The Position
The Content Communications Specialist will work closely with the Content, Communications, PR manager, and key stakeholders across the business. The incumbent will create engaging content for both internal and external audiences that will include multiple formats such as newsletters, blogs, press releases, brochures, flyers, thought leadership and more. The Content Communications Specialist will drive employee engagement and raise the external profile of Eclipse, and ultimately contribute to business goals that support the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in developing and executing the overall communications strategy to ensure all communications are aligned with business goals and support a cohesive company culture
- Write clear, engaging and informative content for both internal and external communications channels ensuring consistency in tone of voice and messaging
- Create and deliver content, including newsletters, emails, intranet updates, presentations, townhalls, flyers, brochures, and thought leadership
- Take ownership of the communications calendar and project plan, ensuring timely content production and delivery
- Collaborate internally to meet communication objectives and align internal messaging with external branding efforts.
- Coordinate communication efforts between departments to ensure consistent messaging and corporate priorities are met
- Act as a trusted advisor on communication methods and employee engagement tactics and by leveraging these relationships put appropriate content, tools and systems in place to enhance internal collaboration and employee engagement
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of strategies, providing recommendations for improvement
- Assist with internal events and initiatives to promote employee engagement and company culture
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in communication processes and tools.
- Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc. Conduct Code
- Foster the development of a culture reflective of the core values of the business
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Design or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on external and internal communications
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing communications programs
- Strong understanding of website development, content management systems, and web analytics tools
- Solid understanding of SharePoint and creating intranet sites for internal functions
- Excellent communication, writing, editing, and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in writing communications for print, web (SEO), and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.)
- Understanding the importance of writing style, tone and firm culture to support brand positioning
