  • Identify and mitigate hazards or unsafe conditions as they arise.
  • Communicate and enforce our client’s safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all project stakeholders, including subcontractors.
  • Coordinate the project’s health and safety program on a multi-employer site, ensuring alignment with client and regulatory expectations.

  • Strong working knowledge of Ontario’s H&S legislation, codes, and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to build and embed a strong safety culture on project sites.
  • Valid G driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Standard First Aid with CPR-C (or ability to obtain within the first two months).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey safety expectations and technical requirements.

  • Must be eligible for CNL Reliability Status security clearance (requires three years of verifiable history in Canada, USA, UK, New Zealand, or Australia).

This is a great opportunity to make an impact on a high-profile project while advancing your career in construction safety. If you meet the qualifications and are ready for the next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
