We are currently seeking a qualified Manufacturing Specialist (Mechanical) to join our Engineering team. The Manufacturing Specialist will provide design support and manufacturing solutions, ensuring the stability and standardization of our products while contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings for manufacturing.
• Perform CAD design and drafting using Creo and Microstation.
• Provide engineering support to manufacturing teams for fabrication and design challenges.
• Identify and implement solutions for complex issues within manufacturing processes.
• Recommend and lead continuous improvements in processes, products, and tools.
• Prepare and present technical analysis reports to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient manufacturing and design solutions.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering support.
• Proficiency in Creo (3D CAD) and Microstation (2D drafting).
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal design and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
