CBRE Toronto Downtown is seeking a talented Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will work alongside a team of senior designers, supporting the Toronto Downtown brokerage; They are responsible for developing creative that aligns with the organization's image, identity, and brands.

CBRE Toronto Downtown is seeking a talented Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will work alongside a team of senior designers, supporting the Toronto Downtown brokerage; They are responsible for developing creative that aligns with the organization's image, identity, and brands.
Responsibilities
- Produces graphic design solutions to support marketing efforts for both print and internet.
- Confers with internal clients to discuss and determine design solutions
- Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs)
- Create and update professional, team, and property profiles.
- Ability to understand and incorporate the CBRE brand into internal and external marketing materials.
- Stays up to date on current design trends and incorporates them into deliverables.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 1 – 2 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Knowledge of both PC and MAC operating systems
