Job Description
Light Duty Cleaner Position available, MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENCE. Evening Light Duty cleaning for Monday to Friday with a start time 4:30 PM.
Duties And Responsibilities
The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. Travelling in company vehicle to clients following weekly schedule to provide janitorial services. The tasks and the time spent performing each task may vary as business needs require. ServiceMaster Clean maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion.
There is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions. However, at this time with the COVID 19 Pandemic extra cleaning precautions are taken and required.
This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise. - General dusting, vacuuming, mopping
- Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers
- Emptying garbage and recycling
- Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
- Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
- Sanitizing touchpoints
- Additional tasks as requested
- Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
- Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies
- Must have valid Ontario "G" license
- Communicate in English both written and verbally
- Strong attention to detail
- Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial
