Pay Rate: $21.39/hr on T4
Note: Role is with our direct client
NOC Code: 62100 (Teer Category 2)
Note: You will also get the joining bonus of $2500.
Hours/Training
As a Marketing Expert, in partnership with one of the world's largest online advertising and social media platforms, you will work with an existing list of advertising agencies who support various small to medium sized businesses that are currently utilizing online advertising and marketing services on our client's platform.
This is an outbound sales role -
Fast paced, busy, productivity is key element success. Expectation is being on the phone most of the day making outbound calls.
You must have a good level of computer and technical skills and be able to multi-task using multiple windows especially when talking and dealing with your clients.
Proactive outreach (cold calling) from your list of agencies/advertisers and pitching to the perspective client and engage them into wanting to set up a full value call with you. This can be repetitive work as you may not always reach the client on the first, second or even multiple calls.
Goal is to have 5+ full value calls scheduled per day with advertisers, each one of these calls lasting about 30-45 min.

Hours/Training
- Monday - Friday. Shifts can vary anywhere between 9am-6:30pm, and hours may vary between 35-44hrs / per week. Shift bids are placed to determine which shift you get based on your metrics and this is done on a monthly basis.
- Training starts (Start Date) it's a 8-week training program. 4 weeks of classroom training and 4 weeks of Nesting. This is where you go live with your list of advertisers, start making your calls, and you will have support from our trainers, SMEs and Team Leads.

- Sales Experience: At least 2 years sales experience in relationship sales ad sales, digital marketing
- Overall Work Experience: 4 Years Work Experience
As a Marketing Expert, in partnership with one of the world's largest online advertising and social media platforms, you will work with an existing list of advertising agencies who support various small to medium sized businesses that are currently utilizing online advertising and marketing services on our client's platform.
This is an outbound sales role -
- the expectation is to be consistent in exceeding your quarterly targets through high-volume outbound calling.
- You will be responsible for speaking with decision-makers over the phone to increase the value of their online advertisements through optimization; with an aim to increase customer investment and/or increase the length of time that a customer will maintain their campaign. We are helping them to optimize what they are already doing, reach their advertising goals, optimize their budget by understanding what is working, what may not be working for them, and offering advice and implementing solutions to help them potentially see improved results for their advertisers and become more confident in using the platform.
- The metrics include pitching a solution/products on the platform, then tracking if the agency/advertiser took action and spent a certain budget based on the suggestion/advice we offer.
- The goal is the more confidence in the platform we help the agency/advertiser have, the more likely they will spend more. They will spend more money because they may see improved results.
- You will contact each customer identified on the list to provide a strategic advertising consultation and capture sales opportunities that include an advertising campaign relevant to their clients goals/needs. We look to develop a relationship with the agency/advertiser over several calls throughout the quarter. The requirement is to contact all customers provided on the list and set up multiple calls with them to build a relationship and to better understand and help them achieve their goals.

- Digital Marketing professionals build on a solid foundation in customer support, digital marketing expertise, and strong technology capabilities to support and guide small & medium businesses in their social media marketing efforts, both maximizing their personal capabilities and helping their businesses grow.
- A professional at this position level within Company has the following responsibilities: Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals Manage a portfolio of high spending advertisers of small to medium-sized businesses to grow revenue with higher product savviness Research and Client fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client business models Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solution(s) to meet their goal(s) Personalize client recommendations to suit varying needs, using vertical expertise Improve clients' experiences by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption Proactively outreach (outbound calls) and reactively engage with clients over the phone and via email to frequently assess product performance and provide insights to optimize their advertisements and increase their investments Demonstrate ability to build relationships with the creation of long-term marketing and sales strategies.
- Expectation is to be consistent in exceeding your quarterly targets through high-volume outbound calling. Understanding customers' business and advertising goals to capture and build market intelligence. Develop expert working knowledge of Social Media advertising solutions (including measurement) and what impacts performance, identify trends and solve problems Share ideas to improve ad products and the customer experience Exhibit curiosity by actively teaching self and others.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitors to position our advertising solution effectively in the market You will be responsible for speaking with decision-makers over the phone to increase the value of their online advertisements through optimization; with an aim to increase customer investment and/or increase the length of time that a customer will maintain their campaign.
- Help them optimize what they are already running, reach their advertising goals, optimize their budget by understanding what is working, and offering advice by implementing solutions to help them see improved results and become more confident in using the platform. Triage Support Issues of clients while still maintaining a strong relationship and meeting customers' needs consistently.
- Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling Prior quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion Interest in expanding industry/vertical knowledge through training and certifications Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform. Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through, eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Preferred Skill Requirements Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing.
- Experienced and excellent at building relationships and multi-touch cross/upselling over the course of a relationship.
- Experience working with customers from North America.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, with a solutions mindset and passion for customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills.
- Professional sales skills with a strong phone presence, solutions mindset and helping nature. Strong computer skills, specifically multitasking across multiple programs concurrently.
