About The Role

Clutch is seeking a Team Lead for our Pre-Sale Team to manage and scale our team of advisors. As a hands-on leader, you will work directly with customers and your team to deliver a seamless and exceptional experience. You will lead by example, coach team members, and ensure the team’s performance aligns with Clutch’s goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Personally manage high-impact customer interactions, modeling best practices in communication and problem-solving.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Pre-Sale advisors, setting clear expectations and providing actionable feedback.
  • Partner with leadership to set team goals and strategies, ensuring alignment with Clutch’s business objectives.
  • Monitor key metrics (# of dials, connects, and checkouts) and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to create seamless workstreams and ensure alignment.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, championing Clutch’s mission and values in every interaction.

All About You

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about redefining the car-buying and selling experience.
  • Ownership-oriented with a results-driven mindset.

Please note this role is on-site in Mississauga (not hybrid); you must be comfortable working on-site. This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work on weekends and evenings as well.
