• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy physical tasks.
• Ability to operate building and custodial equipment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions. The duties, responsibilities and requirements for this position are not limited to the above but may include all of those in the Job Description for Custodian.
