Responsibilities:
Our most important investment is people. This role may offer flexible workstyles (4 days in the office and 1 day remote) and it comes with a competitive compensation package. Salary Range: BC (based on Education, Work Experience, etc) Total compensation package in the $65,000 to $75,000 range, depending on experience and licensing credentials. Base salary is $45,000 to $50,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, distribute, and process client documentation (mostly digital)
- Receive and direct incoming telephone calls
- Respond to and follow up on inquiries from clients and colleagues
- Handle day-to-day requests, such as EFTs, transferring funds between accounts, and wire transfers
- Administer and prepare investment performance and tax reporting
- Operate the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Act as a backup in trade execution

What do we expect from you?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a willingness and ability to learn new applications
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with both clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis and adept problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints, and follow up
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration
- Experience with Dataphile and Maximizer is an asset
- Investment Representative licensing, including the successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook, is required; or a willingness to pursue the IR Licensing within 12 months of joining
- Grow professionally and inspire others to do the same
- Work with and through others to achieve desired outcomes
- Make prompt, pragmatic choices and act with the client in mind
- Take ownership and hold themselves and others accountable for delivering results that matter
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the firm
