WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining document control across operational platforms.
  • Manage Aspire system user additions, permissions, file storage, troubleshooting, testing, and course deployments.
  • Audit, update, and maintain Aspire system-generated and custom letters.
  • Run and schedule analytics reports.
  • Make recommendations for appropriate training methods based on system insights.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions.
  • Review Tier 1 training intake requests and provide summaries as needed.
  • Support team planning preparation efforts.
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute action items accordingly.
  • Create, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Support with Recruitment Administration, inclusive of but not limited to posting jobs, setting up interviews, and completing reference checks.
  • Assist in planning and organizing office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Perform general office tasks and handling ad hoc requests.


WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting a Training or Human Resources department.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in the self storage industry would be considered an asset.
