Shift Types: Private Client
Preferred Candidates
- Must have either Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate or Nursing students, or International Educated Nurses or Health Care Aid
- Previous hands-on experience providing personal care to clients is preferred.
- Must have a recent Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certificate is considered an asset
- May include but is not limited to, assisting individuals with daily living such as personal care and hygiene (i.e., Toileting, bathing, feeding, etc.), light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, nutrition, shifts reports, and creating activity plans.
- Maintain complete and confidential information for each individual supported.
- Provide social/emotional support to clients and their families, able to provide care in a kind and understanding manners to seniors.
- Accompany clients and assist them with walking, exercise, and mobility
