The Nitty-Gritty Of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing part orders in a fast, courteous, and professional manner.
  • List and price out parts on repair orders and/or counter tickets.
  • Write purchase orders for parts, update records and customer files.
  • Keep work areas clean, safe and put away loose stock.
  • Liaise with Service Technicians and customers to effectively communicate services.
  • Maintain and manage parts department bin locations.
  • Confirm parts orders for next day’s appointments.
  • Pick orders for technicians and deliver parts orders out to shop.
  • Manage returns and maintain open communications with vendors for returns.
  • Shipping and receiving parts orders or returns.

A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for:

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Receiving, Purchasing or Office Management would be an asset.
  • Excel at taking parts & accessory orders from internal, retail, & wholesale customers.
  • Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment.
  • A passion for automobiles and accessories.
  • Has the knowledge and know-how around parts and computer software systems.
  • You're customer driven and bring an outgoing personality - in-person and over the phone.
  • You've got a keen eye for detail - ensuring all paperwork and reports are accurate and fully completed.
