Inventory & Allocations Coordinator

Overview

We’re looking for an Inventory & Allocations Coordinator to join our Vancouver HQ! Reporting to our Senior Inventory Analyst, you’ll play an integral role as we expand into different channels, product lines, and much more.

As our Inventory & Allocations Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Merchandising team with assuring that all of our channels (Ecommerce, Retail and Wholesale) have the right product at the right time to achieve company objectives.

What You’ll Do:

• Support managing the inventory levels for our channels (Retail, Wholesale, Ecommerce) through analysis of trends, sales velocity, and minimum presentation quantities.
• Replenish store inventory levels weekly to account for substitutions, shortages, and seasonality.
• Create and edit Purchase, Sales and Transfer Order on the ERP
• Perform checks on warehouses daily inventory adjustments to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and triage the root cause of inventory variances between operational and system records.
• Maintain and assure data integrity for Available To Sell (ATS) inventory bucket for our wholesale channel
• Support the team with additional tasks as required to help achieve company objectives
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 + years of experience in Allocations, Logistics, Inventory, Demand, Merchandise or Supply Planning
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Advanced Excel); other planning tools are an asset
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or relevant field
• High attention to detail and solutions oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
• Excellent organization, problem solving and decision making skills
