Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing accounting support to the Treasury and Accounting Department personnel.

• Prepare bank reconciliations for assigned accounts
• Complete vendor creations including validation of tax numbers and banking details
• Review and approve expense reports
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  
  
  

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• DEC or DEP in accounting or finance
• 2-3 years in related experience required
• Attentive to detail and accurate
• Well organized, time-management, administrative and computer skills
• Good oral, written and communication skills
• Cooperative and willing to assist other
  
  
  

Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities:

You will have the following responsibilities in order to comply with the company's Occupational Health and Safety program:

• Working in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety acts and regulations
• Following safe work practices and procedures and using safeguards and personal protective equipment

Security Clearance Requirements/ CGP / ITAR:

Position requires Level 2 Clearance with the Canadian Government and the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program
