Estate Litigation Lawyer

We are currently seeking to add an Estate Litigator to the existing strength of our Litigation team.

Summary Of Position

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Estate Litigation practice and able to assist clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including estate litigation and all other matters as required.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience in a law firm
• At least 3 years of proven estate litigation experience
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Experience practicing law in Ontario
• Ability to be both a self-starter and team player
• Engaged in business development
• Excellent technical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Must be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
