Are you a sales-driven professional passionate about building strong partner relationships and driving customer retention? As a Partner Sales Specialist, you will be key in optimizing the renewal process for medium-segment accounts, managing partner sales requests, and identifying upsell opportunities for Sage 300 and Business Vision (BV) product lines. You will focus on ensuring seamless renewals for Sage 300 customers (4K and under) and Business Vision customers while actively growing the Business Care upsell pipeline. This is a hybrid office environment where you come into the office 3 days a week in downtown Vancouver.

This is a 3 month contract that can turn into a permanent position upon completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage renewal process for Accounts for Sage 300 and BV product lines.
  • Track and report on all renewals that miss their renewal date.
  • Work with the Order to Cash team on matching payments.
  • Work with the Business Care and Sales Ops team to follow up on missing order payments.
  • Participate in daily huddles with Account Managers.
  • Manage Business Care upsell pipeline (Upsell Sage 300 customers).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with customer-direct software or similar platforms.
  • Strong ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.

For this role, in those locations, the target salary range for new hires is $75000 to $83,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based commission plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
