Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un.e technicien.ne sur la route pour notre division pergolas (abris jardin).

Cette personne relève de notre gestionnaire de projets, doit posséder de fortes capacités techniques et manuelles qui sauront nous appuyer pour offrir à notre clientèle un support technique efficace, professionnel et à la hauteur de nos produits.

Votre rôle

• Assembler et désassembler le produit;
• Procéder aux réparations en cas de bris ou défectuosités;
• Effectuer les mises à jour requises sur l’application;
• Effectuer l’entretien du produit
• Offrir de la formation et conseiller le client sur le bon usage du produit;
• Être un ambassadeur de la compagnie et de la marque pour nos clients;
• Livraison et préparation du produit pour l’installateur
• Résoudre les problèmes techniques.
  
  

Vous êtes la personne recherchée si vous détenez les compétences suivantes

• Vous possédez au moins 3 ans d’expérience comme technicien.ne dans le domaine de la construction ou autres expériences pertinentes reliées au rôle;
• Vous avez réalisé un DEP en construction ou un diplôme d’études collégiales (en architecture, construction de bâtiment, en design de produit ou autres formations pertinentes);
• Vous êtes professionnel.le, courtois.e et vous avez à cœur la satisfaction du client;
• Puisque le produit est essentiellement saisonnier, vous êtes disposé.e et prêt.e à donner l’effort nécessaire pendant la saison estivale (saison forte);
• Vous faites preuve d’autonomie et de débrouillardise;
• On vous distingue pour votre côté manuel et technique (assemblage, lecture de plan, dessin technique);
• Vous êtes bilingue (français et anglais, parlé et écrit);
• Vous possédez un permis de conduire valide pour vous déplacer chez nos clients à travers la grande région de Montréal;
• Vous êtes à l’aise dans un milieu informatisé.

We are currently looking for a service technician for our pergola division.

Reporting to our project manager, this person must have strong technical and manual skills to help us provide our clients with efficient, professional, and high-quality technical support that reflects the excellence of our products.

Your role

• Assemble and disassemble the product;
• Perform repairs in case of damage or defects;
• Carry out necessary updates on the application;
• Maintain the product;
• Provide training and advise customers on the proper use of the product;
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company;
• Deliver and prepare the product for installation;
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
  
  

Do you have what it takes?

You are the person we are looking for if you possess the following skills:

• At least 3 years of experience as a technician in the construction field or other relevant experience;
• A DEP in construction or a DEC in architecture, building construction, product design, or another relevant field;
• A professional and courteous attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction;
• The willingness and availability to put in extra effort during the peak summer season, as the product is mostly seasonal;
• A strong sense of autonomy and resourcefulness;
• Excellent manual and technical skills, including assembly, blueprint reading, and technical drawings;
• Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written;
• A valid driver’s license, as travel across the Greater Montreal area is required;
• Comfort working in a digital environment.
