The Opportunity

Maropost is building a best-in-class unified commerce platform, and we’re seeking an incredible leader of to help bring our vision to life. The VP of Product will own our Marketing and Service Clouds, and champion the execution of a fully unified offering across all our products. The position requires a strategic yet hands-on executive with a proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing and creative team. The successful candidate will lead the organization through its ambitious growth goals, has a bias for taking initiative and action, and will play an active role in positioning us for the future.

What You’ll Be Involved In

  • Lead a global Product team to deliver a suite of unified Marketing and Service tools designed to delight retailers and marketers in a saturated market.
  • Implement a comprehensive unification strategy leveraging all Maropost’s product capabilities.
  • Design, deliver and champion a product roadmap that fulfills the Maropost business strategy and vision.
  • Provide thought leadership to a dynamic cross-functional global team, including product managers, UX designers and technical writers.
  • Provide data driven insights- ROI analysis and costumer insights- to drive growth/sales.
  • Partner with CTO, Engineering and GTM teams to deliver effective solutions to market.
  • Act on emerging trends in the Martech space to deliver market-disrupting solutions.
  • Oversee all product management functions and track results.

What You’ll Bring To Maropost

  • 8 + years of extensive SaaS product management leadership experience, ideally building Marketing Automation or Service Automation tools.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role within Product Management.
  • Ability to align both internal and external stakeholders toward a common goal, drive results and facilitate change.
  • A demonstrable understanding of the Martech space, trends and key players.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of product development life cycle and agile development methodology is a must.
  • Comfort in presenting to large groups of people, including customers, partners and conferences
  • Successful delivery of AI-driven solutions to retailers and/or marketers.
  • Experience in all aspects of delivery, from ideation to development to launch.
