Job Description:

This position is a pivotal role within our organization, supporting the marketing materials and integrated programs for Business to Business activities. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute a wide range of marketing programs and initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong initiative and a passion for marketing.

Scope for the position:

• Develop and execute marketing materials and activities to support Business to Business activities
• Ensure all activities support company goals and brand focus

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaise and support the brand team in creating and distributing retailer-facing assets (e.g., literature, danglers, displays, coupons)
• Support and coordinate the implementation of the Puresource/NOW Catalogue
• Create and execute trade-facing monthly e-newsletters
• Create and execute monthly digital wholesale price lists
• Support the Trade Marketing Manager in executing National Trade Shows
• Implement trade-facing advertising placements with key journals
• Support in reconciling budgets
• Support new 3rd party brands in launch and training with our sales team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Other ad hoc projects and tasks as required

Required qualifications, education, experience, and skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing
• 1+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Exceptional collaboration with others within the organization
• 1 year+ Project management experience preferred
• Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Experience managing trade shows or events is an asset
• Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail is a must
• A passion for marketing!
• Available for occasional overnight travel
• Must have a reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license
