Are you a motivated leader with strong computer skills and management experience? We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee our site operations in Estevan, SK. In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated team, ensure safety and efficiency, and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional environmental services.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a productive, motivated team by hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
- Maintain safety as a top priority by enforcing guidelines, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring compliance.
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and operations to meet service commitments efficiently.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and adhere to company policies and local regulations.
- Operate equipment as needed and oversee site operations to achieve high standards of performance.
- Proven management experience (1+ year in a supervisory role).
- Strong computer skills to manage operations and reporting.
- High school diploma or GED; additional training or certifications in waste management or operations are an asset.
- A valid Class 3A license or 1A is preferred.
- A collaborative leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
