Join Splitsville as a Cover General Manager, in return you’ll get:
As a Cover General Manager for Splitsville, you will be responsible for supporting any one of our busy centres across Canada, for short periods of time. With each of your stays, you will create a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for our team and customers.
We are currently looking for a candidate who is based in the Peel, Halton, and/or Kitchener/Waterloo regions.
Driven by the needs of the business, you will provide interim support and stability for our teams. Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, General Managers coach, lead, motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service that delights our customers and keeps them coming back for more.
You will support the business with making a real impact, driving the financial and commercial performance of the centre across all four revenue streams; the bar, diner, amusements and bowling.

To Be Successful, You'll Have
- Experience as a hands-on General Manager ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry, managing large multi revenue operations
- Experience within field-based roles
- Flexibility and willingness to travel away from home, including overnight stay
- A relentless approach to delivering the best operational standards in the industry
- Evidence of optimizing sales and performance of a business unit
- A passion for people, with evidence of coaching, developing, and progressing your team
- An empathetic and compassionate approach
- Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability, to fit in with our fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Based in the Peel, Halton, and/or Kitchener/Waterloo regions
