ENKON Information Systems Inc. specializes in creating web-enabled Land Information Management Systems for clients around the world. We are an innovative company with offices in Victoria, B.C and Gaborone, Botswana. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Implementation Specialist  to join our Product Delivery Team. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with clients, values team collaboration, has a love of learning, and is able to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment.

Job Type: Full-time - Salary

 

The position will be at our office in Victoria, BC.


Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a implementation specialist;
  • Experience working with government stakeholders;
  • University degree, or equivalent work experience;
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills;
  • Advanced in MS Office Suite, including MS Project;
  • Experience with Software Systems used in Project Management;
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities; and
  • Excellent presentation skills and a strong ability to facilitate groups.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of broad Land Management Practices;
  • Exceptional time and project management skills (PMP would be considered an asset); and
  • Experience with reporting & creating queries.

 

Your duties will include:

  • Implementing ENKON’s Land Management Software;
  • Managing multiple projects, budgets and project stakeholders;
  • Working with our clients to define their property and land management business needs;
  • Writing and reviewing client requirements;
  • Preparing proposals and cost estimates;
  • Designing and implementing technical solutions for our clients;
  • Provides design advice and technical guidance to customers relating to custom applications;
  • Writing and reviewing technical specification documents;
  • Financial & project reporting to management; and
  • Travel to client sites;
