We're currently looking for a Service Administrator to join our busy Service team at Ebbett Volkswagen & Skoda.

Our ideal candidate will have service experience and or administration experience. While previous experience in a dealership environment is highly regarded, a strong background in general administration is just as important!

You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Greeting customers and conducting handovers
• Answering incoming calls and making bookings with customers
• Preparing job cards
• Filing and organising job cards and warranty paperwork
• Following up on missed bookings and recalls
• Completing documentation (job cards, invoicing jobs and recording details)
• Other various administration duties as required
  
  

This is a full time position working 7:30am - 4:00pm (40 hours per week).
