Must Have:



  • 7-8 years of industry experience with 2-3 years as a Team Lead.

  • Strong expertise in C#, Docker, Kubernetes.

  • Proficient in JavaScript frameworks like React and NodeJS.

  • Experience with Azure and CI/CD pipeline management.

  • Familiarity with log management systems like DataDog or Splunk.

  • Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases, including SQL Server, Redis, and MySQL.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Adaptable and agile mindset, comfortable with dynamic project requirements.

  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities to guide a small team.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve collaboratively.

  • Experience with NodeJS, NestJS, NextJS

  • Prior enterprise experience in managing projects with agile methodologies.


Payrate Range: $55-$70/hr
