DevOps Lead

Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Devops Lead. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification:

• At least 4 Years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 4 years of professional experience within Development and Production Support
• Good problem-solving skills and attitude to learn, grow and work successfully as a team player
• Should have good understanding of support service level agreements and how to adhere to them in day-to-day work.
• Should be able to analyze the root cause of the reported issue
• Manage NERC, SOX and Compliance application.

• 4+ years of experience with application development and support.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Primavera Unifier
• Experience with Cortex
• Experience with Version Control system tools-Git, TFS
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
• Experience in managing SOX and compliance app is must.
• Experience managing team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  
  

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:

Ontario: $ 89004 to $ 115491
