What You Will Do

Working Foreman must be skilled craftsman in their trade, and have a minimum of ten (10) years actual, five (5) of those years must be chiller related, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, electrical, plumbing, pipefitting and /or mechanical equipment service industry. A self-starter who must be able to lead a team of approx. 10-15 field technicians. Interaction with both internal and external customers, attention to detail in quoting jobs, scheduling technician hours, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate with necessary ability to develop, close and manage all types of quoted work. This is a Bargaining Unit Position.

Required

What we look for

  • Requires a Mechanical Journeyman License.
  • 10+ years of commercial HVAC experiences mechanical troubleshooting experience. Of those 10+ years, 5 years must be chiller experience.
  • Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boilers and Chillers.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Standby schedule rotation is required.
