As a Business Systems Analyst at Chartwell, you’ll work on meaningful projects that drive operational excellence, increase efficiency, and empower our staff to deliver exceptional service.

Core Purpose: Defining Clear Requirements for Action

As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll transform ideas into actionable business and functional requirements that are thoroughly tested and adaptable to support Chartwell’s commitment to operational excellence. Your curiosity drives you to elicit insights and collaborate with stakeholders, building impactful solutions across the organization.

In quality assurance, you verify that requirements are tested and validated, ensuring systems are reliable, intuitive, and beneficial for staff. Working alongside developers, you help create a seamless user experience that meets all specifications and expectations.

Why This Role Matters

As a Business Systems Analyst, your role is pivotal to transforming how we deliver excellence in operations and service. Every insight, process improvement, and system enhancement you contribute has a direct impact on the experience of our residents and the effectiveness of our teams. By exploring opportunities with AI and automation, you help Chartwell create a more efficient and supportive environment for everyone.

  • Support Operational Excellence: Focus on refining business processes to ensure solutions are efficient, adaptable, and scalable, ultimately enabling staff to deliver the best possible experience for residents.

  • Experience: You have 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance, with a record of defining and documenting business and functional requirements. You have experience with SaaS or cloud applications and familiarity with healthcare or seniors housing environments. Knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks is preferred.

You are eager to explore AI-driven tools and automation platforms to improve testing coverage and streamline processes. Knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks is preferred, with professional development opportunities available.
  • Communication & Problem Solving: You possess strong communication skills and engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are skilled at breaking down complex requirements into actionable plans and are driven by a commitment to continuous improvement.
