This is an exciting one. Dulcedo is looking for a Marketing Assistant Intern to support our team in various aspects of digital marketing, influencer strategy, and talent recruitment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in influencer marketing and data-driven strategy while collaboratively working with a diverse range of Dulcedo Talents, from influencers to athletes, gamers, and models and staff. With a strong focus on data-driven marketing, this role centers around research, outreach, and analytics. If you excel in organization, enjoy uncovering insights, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive into the rollout, data collection, and analysis of our agency-run surveys and talent projects & help turn insights into impact!
  • Scout out industry awards and exciting opportunities to spotlight Dulcedo and its incredible talents.
  • Research and reach out for speaking engagements and potential industry partnerships to help us get our voices heard!
  • Track down and connect with fresh faces for platform partnerships and workshop collaborations.
  • Play a key role in community-building efforts for our talent by spotting trends and making meaningful connections.
  • Jump into the action with day-to-day operations, from organizing talent recaps to staying ahead of key industry trends.

Profile of our Ideal Candidate:

  • Fresh graduate in Marketing or PR or a related field.
  • Data-driven thinker who loves analyzing trends and uncovering insights.
  • Strong written English skills (and if you speak French too, even better!).
  • Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Self-starter with a go-getter attitude, always looking for ways to contribute!
  • Natural communicator who’s confident in outreach and building connections.
  • Tech-savvy with Google Suite and LinkedIn; bonus points if you’ve used outreach tools!

Parameters & Perks!

  • Duration: 16 weeks
  • Schedule: Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
  • Compensation: While our internships are unpaid, we offer a $500 stipend upon successful completion of the 16-week program.
  • Full-Time Opportunity: This decision will be contingent on the successful completion of the internship, mutual agreement among all stakeholders and current hiring needs.
