Curriculum Designer Key Responsibilities

Your primary quest? To engineer a seismic shift in English and Language Arts education. Armed with AI-powered tools and data-driven strategies, you'll accelerate student mastery across all linguistic domains—from reading and writing to grammar and literary analysis. Your success will be measured in the moments of "Aha!" as students grasp concepts twice as fast, all within our groundbreaking 2 Hour Learning model. Prepare to witness the transformation as learners evolve from struggling with syntax to crafting compelling narratives in record time.

Basic Requirements

• A degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field—your academic foundation should be as solid as a well-structured essay.
• At least 3 years in the trenches of English/Language Arts teaching or curriculum development, with a track record of turning struggling students into word wizards.
• Coding skills that would make even a computer nod in approval—any language will do, as long as you can speak it fluently.
• Hands-on experience with AI systems for tasks like conjuring content, dissecting data, or crafting adaptive learning experiences.
• A knack for data analysis sharper than a critic's pen, able to transform complex information into actionable insights.
• Communication skills so polished they could make Shakespeare jealous, with the ability to break down complex language concepts for any audience.

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
