Your future role

  • Respond promptly to service calls, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on wastewater treatment systems in assigned areas
  • Conduct daily site visits, gather necessary information, and prepare detailed visit and investigation reports
  • Perform regular follow-ups to ensure service efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Diagnose customer-reported issues, providing effective solutions and technical recommendations
  • Promote and uphold Premier Tech’s culture and values in every client interaction

Required Skills

  • Experience in plumbing, construction, general labor, electrical, or related fields
  • Familiarity with wastewater treatment systems – an asset
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills
  • Physical capability to handle objects weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and willingness to accommodate overnight stays during travel
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, and well-organized
  • Comfortable working with mobile digital tools and software
