Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Bonus: Potential bonus of up to 15% of annual salary, at the discretion of the employer.
Benefits: Health benefits after 6 month probation
Job Type: Full-time permanent, we guarantee a minimum of 32 hours per week
Language: A basic understanding of oral English is required.
Job Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Gluer Operator
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and adjust feeder, prefold, glue system, final fold, delivery, stacker, and pack station.
- Ensure consistent machine operation, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary adjustments to optimize production.
- Monitor production quality, ensuring the finished product meets specifications.
- Maintain optimum machine speed and detect malfunctions promptly.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery and the work area
- Handle and transport raw materials and finished products using industrial trucks or hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate production and operational data.
- Train co-workers in machine operation and processes.
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating Bobst folder/gluers an asset.
- Basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or within a team.
- Physically fit
