We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts with a consultative and strategic approach. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers across departments, developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. You will work independently with a high degree of autonomy, balancing competing priorities, demanding timelines, and high expectations while maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Success in this role will be measured by quality of hires, time-to-fill, and stakeholder engagement. You will also play a key role in managing expectations, advising on best practices, and continuously improving the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment, meeting weekly and monthly KPI targets.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality professionals.
  • Proactively engage passive talent through direct sourcing, utilizing ATS/HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job boards.
  • Manage recruitment across all levels, from entry-level to executive leadership.
  • Drive the offer negotiation process, ensuring alignment with salary bands, company policies, and competitive compensation packages.
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, executives, and department leaders, providing market insights and guidance.
  • Facilitate regular recruitment strategy meetings with key stakeholders to optimize hiring processes and engagement.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake sessions with hiring teams to accurately scope new or modified roles, ensuring seamless documentation and process execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive talent in both the US and Canada.
  • Hands-on experience with leading HRIS/ATS platforms (experience with Ultimate Software/UKG is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation skills, with expertise in structuring complex compensation and benefits packages while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior-level decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track and improve recruitment metrics.

Who You Are:

  • Results-driven and proactive, with a sense of urgency.
  • Strategic and emotionally intelligent, able to influence and advise at all levels.
  • Resilient and adaptable, thriving in fast-changing environments.
  • A trusted advisor, with a professional presence and the ability to build credibility quickly.
  • Self-sufficient and highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
