What You’ll Do
Execute flawless operations by using strong communication between all team members, both FOH and Culinary
Assist in building a strong Team to execute at our high standards while developing to be a future leader in the company.
Being a direct report for the front of house team members, assisting in ongoing projects, and championing development
You Are Responsible For
Team Member recruitment, selection, training, and development.
Guest experience, restaurant ambiance and environment including guest safety.
Maintaining processes and procedures.
Cleanliness, upkeep and food handling safety.
Assist with staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Evaluate and address staff and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Personal Attributes & Qualifications
Previous leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry with a minimum 1 year of experience.
Exhibit positive floor leadership
Previous experience in training is an asset.
Excellent at problem-solving and can think independently, self-motivated, organized, and ability to multitask effectively.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
An expert communicator who thrives on building relationships with guests and Team Members.
Fun, goal oriented.
General knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office and proficient with email
Professional and enthusiastic.
A sense of humour is a must.
