Audi Halifax is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team!

As a Part-Time Receptionist at Audi Halifax, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will manage appointments, answer calls and customer questions, and maintain a professional reception area. We seek a friendly, organized individual with excellent communication skills. If you're customer-focused and can handle administrative tasks efficiently, this role is for you.

Hourly Wage Range: $16.70-17.80

Please note that this role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Answering and forwarding telephone calls, always in a professional manner
• Provide information to clients, ensuring they are properly greeted and directed
• Posting daily cash, bank deposits
• Data entry
• General clerical duties
• Other duties as required
  
  

Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Hardworking, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Post-secondary education in Office Administration is considered an asset but not required
