Who We Are
Lark Group is a multi-faceted organization with diverse business units, from construction and development to groundbreaking health-tech innovations. This role is part of our Marketing Shared Services Team, supporting the entire Lark Group family: Lark Development & Construction, HealthTech Connex (and its subsidiaries), the Health and Technology District, and more.
Your primary focus? Helping HealthTech Connex and its cutting-edge medical device solutions shine, while keeping things compliant with regulatory requirements (yes, we need a rule-follower who loves the challenge of working within boundaries). But you’ll also collaborate across brands, helping to elevate our story everywhere.
What You’ll Do
As our Marketing Specialist, you’re not just a “doer” – you’re a strategist and connector who takes ideas and turns them into action. Here’s a sneak peek at what your days will look like:
- Create strategies that stick: Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that align with business goals for various brands, especially HealthTech Connex.
- Master workflows: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with flawless attention to process – all while meeting strict regulatory standards.
- Bring brands to life: Manage multi-channel activities, from social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to email marketing (MailChimp), digital ads (Google Ads, Meta), websites (WordPress), and even video content.
- Dive into the data: Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics to measure success and guide decisions.
- Stay consistent: Ensure all marketing materials reflect a cohesive and authentic brand voice.
- Be a trendsetter: Keep an eye on marketing trends, tools, and tech to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Capture moments: Attend company events to create content that brings our stories to life across platforms.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a unicorn who blends creativity, structure, and teamwork like nobody else. Here’s what you bring to the table:
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, with expertise in social media, content, and digital marketing.
- A creative strategist with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines, and juggling multiple tasks like a pro.
- Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
- An eye for visual design and proficiency in tools like Canva or Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite is a big plus).
- Skills in content writing, editing, and creation – you sweat the details!
- Knowledge of WordPress, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta), and bonus points if you know website design or video animation.
- Experience in regulated environments or a medical background is a huge asset.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, thrives on ideas, and loves being part of a team.
