Job Summary
Reporting directly to the VP, Human Resources, Communications & Continuous Improvement, this position is accountable to lead a team who are responsible for the effective and efficient provision of a first level Appeals process to determine if original case management and/or adjudicative decisions that have been appealed by the customer comply with the facts of the case under review, the principles of natural justice, SWCB polices and provincial legislation
Qualifications:
A University degree supplemented with 5-7 years’ progressively responsible experience in insurance claims and functions. A combination of education and related experience may be considered.
