Field Sales Representative

Our client, a leading licensed cannabis producer is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Mississauga/Brampton/Vaughan area.

Are you a sales pro with a passion for cannabis and a knack for building relationships? We're looking for a Field Sales Representative to hit the ground running, maximizing sales and market share in retail stores west of the GTA. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll be the face of the brand, connecting with budtenders, store managers, and inventory teams to ensure our products shine on the shelves!

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong, lasting relationships with cannabis retailers.
• Achieve sales, distribution, and market share goals.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and staff training sessions.
• Use CRM tools to track performance and manage accounts like a pro.
• Negotiate and activate in-store merchandising programs.
• Monitor inventory, analyze market trends, and keep an eye on competitors.
• Travel within your territory to spread the brand love.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2-3 years of sales/retail experience (cannabis experience is a plus!)
• Business, Marketing, or Natural Sciences degree preferred.
• A valid driver’s license (you’ll be on the move!)
• Killer communication and presentation skills.
• A strategic mindset with problem-solving superpowers.
• Tech-savvy with CRM and sales software.
