Inside Sales Representative

Centrix Control Solutions LP has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative, based in our Edmonton office. The position works cooperatively with Outside Sales and other members of the team to grow our product sales by providing our customers with product information, price quotes, processing and completing orders, and efficient delivery of product. This position will be responsible for supporting our customer base in Western Canada.

• Facilitate customers' orders and quotes by offering technical guidance and sourcing the best solution for their requirements.
• Prepare quotation or bid from customer-provided specifications to include sizing, trim selection, model, controls, etc.
• Troubleshoot customer complaints and problems with orders to ensure internal compliance with company policies and procedures in addition to providing the highest level of customer service.
• Specify and sell units and parts.
• Become an integral part of the sales & support team.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• High level of commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated team player, capable of managing multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Computer skills; ability to retrieve and enter data, use Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work with difficult customers and resolve problems and issues in a professional manner.
• Attention to detail and accuracy to process orders.
• BSc in Engineering or Technology Diploma is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years associated industry or technical experience.
• Previous sales experience is an asset.
• Previous experience with Control Valves, Relief Valves or Custody Transfer Measurement would be plus.
